Genesis 47:15
And when money failed in the land of Egypt, and in the land of Canaan, all the Egyptians came unto Joseph, and said, Give us bread: for why should we die in thy presence? for the money faileth.

The Christian Science Monitor reported California will be out of money by March 2009.

This may be another of many more major financial debacles to come.

Citizens, corporations and governments borrowed and spent money on bailouts, consumption, entertainment, guarantees, illegals, junkets, pork, subsidies and wars like there was no tomorrow. Seed capital disappeared as returns diminished.
