Health is Wealth: The Alkaline Paleo Diet for Prosperity

We may argue with loved ones, sit at a desk with a Cathode Ray Tube monitor all day, get cataracts, snack, do internet, videogames or TV in the bedroom.

No wonder ADHD, Alzheimer’s, Arthritis, Autism, Cancer, Diabetes, Depression, Hearing, Heart Disease, Inflammation, Joint, MS, Obesity, Parkinson’s, Stroke and Vision impairment rates soared.

Our bodies, minds and hearts were not designed or evolved for this much stress, as healthy long-living rural working people by the water in the Caribbean, Great Lakes, Mediterranean or Pacific remind us by living longer.

Genesis 1:27-29

27 So God created man in his own image,
in the image of God he created him;
male and female he created them.

28 God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

29 Then God said, “I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food. 30 And to all the beasts of the earth and all the birds of the air and all the creatures that move on the ground—everything that has the breath of life in it—I give every green plant for food.” And it was so.

Until 7-10,000 years ago, mankind lived on the Biblical Paleo Diet: alkaline low-glycemic fiber, fruits, vegetables with occasional acidic lean fish or meat. We were healthy and active.

Then people began eating acidic dairy products like butter, cheese and ice cream with glycemic grains with fats like bread, pasta and potatoes.

We did not feel or look as good, live as healthy, strong or long.

We are what we believe, conceive, eat, feel, think and do.

Are we acid or alkaline? may ultimately rule our health and wealth.
