Once in power, Chancellor Hitler blamed the Communists for the 1933 Reichstag Parliament Fire.
The Reichstag Fire may well have been a false flag fear PsyOp operation by the Gestapo on a literally naked dupe who was a disabled Dutch bricklayer who joined the CPH Dutch Communist Council and was recruited by the Internationale to Germany for his Jack Dempsey-like strength.
Marinus van der Lubbean admitted setting a number of fires after dark in the Reichstag, which all went out. Somehow the building still burned.
Van der Lubbean was tortured repeatedly and confessed to stop the torture.
Like Timothy McVeigh, he was executed quickly, three days before his 25th birthday after a sham trial that acquitted four Communist Party leaders.
In 1967, a Berlin Court reduced his sentence.
In 1980 the same court lifted the sentence altogether.
In 1981 a West German court overturned the original conviction on the ground of insanity.
In January 2008, the Federal Court of Justice overturned the verdict as Nazi injustice with political motivation.
The State of Germany pardoned van der Lubbean without compensation to the family heirs some 75 years after his youthful conviction and beheading.

Aloha Rich,
Just found your site after reading Rick’s Pick’s. Nice to know there is someone else in Hawaii who ‘gets it’. I have to be careful opening my mouth in public due to the plethora of government workers about and even friends and family don’t really ‘get it’ and think I’m some sort of kook. But, lucky we live in Paradise eh? Do you surf?
